Career Crossroads: Did Your Path Match Your Expectations?

When I finished college, I thought business school was the answer.

It seemed like the logical path — money, opportunity, and prestige. So I jumped into software, MIS, and finance, the hot industries of the day.

But after 20 years, I had an uncomfortable realization: I was helping others create their projects and products, but I wasn’t building my own.

I hadn’t slowed down enough to ask: Was this really the path I wanted?

That disconnect was painful, but it also gave me a gift: clarity.

I began redefining what fulfillment looked like, and I built a framework that now helps professionals and leaders at all stages realign with their own goals and values.

👉 If you’ve been feeling that same tension — between the career you pursued and the one you actually want — I’d encourage you to book a free Clarity Call.

…and if you’re already clear you need a proven framework to reset your career, we can talk about a Strategy Session as your natural next step.

You don’t have to keep walking someone else’s path.
It’s not too late to write your own.
