Schedule Your Free Clarity Call
Something stopped working — a job, a relationship, a story about what your life was supposed to be. You're capable. That's not the question. The question is what you're actually for, and why nothing obvious feels like the right answer. This call is 30 minutes to name what's really happening and find out what direction is worth moving toward.

Hi, I’m Dylan Cornelius.
My dad said I earned a psychology degree trying to figure out my messed-up family.
Twenty years later I was on the phone with my brother, telling him how unhappy I was at work and at home. I’d been passed over for promotions four times in three years and watched my peers become my boss. At home, my wife and I couldn’t work it out, and the harder we tried, the worse it got.
“Do something about it or quit complaining,” my brother said. “It’s been five years.”
“Five years? You’re crazy.” But he reminded me of the last time we’d had this talk. I’d been sitting in the same green minivan, in front of the same red brick house, next to the same lake, on the same phone, after a day at the same job.
I did what a Berkeley grad does. I took classes and read books. Then I spent money: therapists, coaches, doctors, attorneys, nutritionists, 12-step programs, Toastmasters, Landmark, Weight Watchers.
Eventually I saw it. I’d focused on money, career, achievement and self-improvement, and ignored relationships and people, including me.
When I began clarifying my desires, when I dared to write them down, when I had the grace to accept what I wanted, and when I permitted myself to dream, it was as though I was finally able to breathe after far too long underwater.
I committed to fantastic relationships in every area of my life. Work got better. People seemed nicer. I lost weight and ran my first marathons. Then I committed to leadership and to making the people around me successful, no matter what. I got promoted. Now I’m the one picked to lead teams.
I lost 50 pounds, started winning athletic awards, and tour for weeks at a time on a tandem bike with my girlfriend.
I want you to have what I got, however you define success. If you’re stuck in the gap between the life you had and the one that feels true, I’d like to hear about it. Pick a time above and we’ll talk.
