Karen discovered her dream career and chose happiness!
“If I had not gone through this process, and Dylan hadn’t pushed me to really look at what I wanted to do, and to start to do that, so, now my career is completely different from when I started with Dylan, and I’m really enjoying it. I think this is probably a career that I’m working harder than I ever had, but I’m also happier than I’ve ever been, working in this career.”
George built direction, focus, and strong relationships for career growth!
“Meeting Dylan significantly improved my outlook and my directional focus on what do I want to do in my life, how I’m going to build my career that I want, and how do I build relationships that I can be excellent at.”
Omario found direction and remembered what he meant to do!
“I said, look, I just need a lot more direction. I need to remind myself of who I am, what I was always really meant to do, and Dylan was a godsend in terms of waking up and realizing, oh, that’s right: this is what I meant to do before the world ended on me.”

About Our Coach

As I found myself passed over for promotions four times in three years and struggling in my marriage, I began looking at what wasn’t working in my career and life.

I saw counselors, therapists, coaches, sponsors, doctors, nutritionists, and attorneys. I participated in programs including AA, Al-Anon, Toastmasters, WeightWatchers, Landmark Worldwide, and Right Management.

**When asked what I wanted, I had no answer.**

The more clear I became about what I wanted and what I could contribute beyond just the job description, the more I enjoyed my career.

I saw that I’d been working on other people’s dreams and ignoring on my own.

When I clarified what I wanted and valued, and stopped ignoring my own interests and concerns, I changed careers, got picked to lead teams, and met an amazing woman who trained me for my first two marathons. I lost 50 pounds and became a triathlete for fun.

As a result of my experience, I committed to help others find a path that works better for them too. Nobody should have to spend years struggling when the answers are there and the path is clear, but nobody’s helping.

Relationship to Results Program Modules

If you’re not sure whether this is for you, here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the program:
Life Purpose Blueprint. Clarify your purpose. Align your priorities. Stay focused.

1. Clarify your purpose and direction with the Life Purpose Formula:

Your mission must reflect your goals and beliefs or you will never reach your potential.

I struggled in my career and marriage when I lived by values that weren’t authentically mine. I was trying to be someone I wasn’t. When I saw my true values, I saw why I’d felt tortured for so long. My life improved when I began respecting my authentic values.

The problem:

  • We lack clarity and focus because we have too many conflicting priorities.
  • We’re uncertain, indecisive, anxious, and confused.
  • We are trained to separate work and personal lives, it is time-consuming, impossible, and frustrating, and we personally bear the costs of maintaining that separation.

The solution:

  • Clarify your purpose and align your priorities, so you can confidently focus on your key priorities at all times.
  • Define your number one priority, so you can always act for maximum impact.
  • Stop fighting to keep personal and professional lives separate, so you can stop losing the fight for personal autonomy against your more powerful corporate benefactors.

Your Transformation:

  • Have confidence in your purpose, so you can align your priorities and be certain about what actions to take.
  • Have 100% commitment, so you can be decisive and focused.
  • Stop struggling for balance in your life, so you can maximize your investments in time, energy, and money where you’ll make the greatest impact.

2. Learn how to execute transformational change with the Innovation Accelerator:

When I committed to having fantastic relationships and building high performing teams in every area of my life, and then began taking action consistent with that, my personal life and my work performance blossomed.

My brother helped me realize I’d been spinning my wheels, going nowhere at home and work for 5 years. Then I got scientific and applied principles of achievement and innovation to make progress in those areas. From there, things changed quickly.

The problem:

  • We don’t intentionally commit to results we want.
  • We ‘just think about it’.
  • We don’t have a model for sustainable change in our lives.

The solution:

  • Consciously commit to sustainable change.
  • Get in action and do something about the things that mean the most to us.
  • Stop waiting for ‘the right time’ or ‘soon’.
  • Learn and apply a model for sustainable change that can work for everyone.

Your transformation:

  • Have confidence and certainty.
  • Be focused and attentive.
  • Know that you’re on the right path.

3. See what’s stopping you and learn to overcome it confidently with the Mindset Mastery Formula:

“The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem.” — Captain Jack Sparrow

When I saw how much time I lost with distractions and negative self talk, I was shocked. However, seeing it and taking simple new actions when I did so, has made a huge difference in my positive experience and my results.

The problem:

  • We waste time on low priorities.
  • We avoid or ignore problems.
  • Sometimes, we don’t even know we’re doing it because we all have blind spots.

The solution:

  • See distractions for what they are.
  • Focus on what matters.
  • See and overcome invisible obstacles and blind spots.

Your transformation:

  1. Stop Wasting Time on Distractions
  2. Work on things you can influence and control
  3. Be unstoppable

4. Understand and apply the fundamentals of effective interpersonal relationships with the Fantastic Relationship Formula:

Fantastic relationships are created intentionally, not by accident or automatically.

When I saw I can have a say, and when I create a simple tool to communicate, it has made all the difference.

The problem:

  • We often don’t really know our partner or team member.
  • We relate to our ideas about our partner rather than our partner, their goals and wishes.
  • We feel disconnected.

The solution:

  • Get to know your partner.
  • Create agreements with your partner.
  • Commit 100% to your partner and your relationship.

Your Transformation:

  • Be understood.
  • Experience Partnership.
  • Feel Connected.

5. Learn the fundamentals of team leadership as you apply the Leadership Acceleration Formula:

You can have support in every area that’s important to you.

What they taught about teams in graduate school was only part of the story. I found when I build teams as a system of relationships and agreements, there is much more power, commitment, and ironically, freedom.

The problem:

  • We go it alone.
  • We don’t ask for help.
  • We don’t have support.

The solution:

  • Be organized.
  • Ask for help.
  • Build a team.

Your Transformation:

  • Be a manager.
  • Be a leader.
  • Have support.

6. Take care of yourself better and create an appropriate, energizing health and fitness program with the Personal Endurance Formula:

Life is an endurance sport and your best results come from preparing for endurance through eating and moving, rest and recovery, and working with others.

One of my professional performance coaches trained how to improve professional performance literally by eating, preparing, and resting like an athlete. I saw that if we always consider everything we do as our most important events, like an athlete might prepare for an event at the Olympics, we can better prepare for and maintain high performance, from mindset to physical performance.

The problem:

  • We are not fit.
  • We are tired.
  • We are sick.

The solution:

  • Prioritize all 4 elements of health and fitness.
  • Define your purpose for fitness.
  • Create a health and fitness plan.

Your Transformation:

  • Feel well.
  • Be fit.
  • Be at your best.

7. Learn the Abundance Formula and unshackle yourself from the constraints of limited time, money, and patience:

Scarcity impacts everything. Reframe your relationship with limitations.

I have found that the same habits and mindset that shaped my relationships also affected my relationship with money, and vice versa. As I improved my self-talk and affirmations in one area, everything improved.

The problem:

  • We are stressed about money.
  • We don’t invest in ourselves.
  • The barriers holding us back with money hold us back in other relationships too.

The solution:

  • Reframe your relationship with money.
  • Recreate your relationships at work.
  • Create habits that enhance your career and financial life.

Your Transformation:

  • Create a new money and career mindset.
  • Have more power.
  • Be successful on your terms.

8. Learn to sustain your hard-earned progress and compound your results with the Continuous Improvement Formula:

You have to practice the skills, keep learning, and continue to do what works if you are to sustain and expand your success.

Many companies use agile management and continuous improvement methods. When you put these to work in your life, your relentless pursuit of iterative improvement will ensure your situation is endlessly improving.

The problem:

  • Change doesn’t last.
  • We learn something new, then revert back to old habits.
  • We get stuck.

The solution:

  • Create a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Stay Focused.
  • Work your Plan.

Your transformation:

  • Sustain Your Results.
  • Continue growing.
  • Be successful.

9. Turn projects into sustainable programs and teams into organizations with the Art of the Celebration:

Celebrate, be grateful, count your blessings and your results. Share your wins with others who care about you. Use every incremental step forward as a foundation for your next achievement.
Being grateful and creating opportunities to share celebrations are important social skills that go back thousands of years in dominant social groups. Researchers have demonstrated numerous ways gratitude benefits our health and well-being and relationships. These practices have been all but lost in many people’s lives. We are bringing them back! The problem:
  • We don’t celebrate our wins.
  • Our big initiatives and relationships often lack continuity across the large scale of our lives.
  • We feel like we’re not winning because we don’t acknowledge the little wins we’re making every day.
The solution:
  • Take a moment and notice what we accomplish.
  • Establish a gratitude practice.
  • Share results and celebrate.
Your transformation:
  • Be grateful.
  • Feel pride.
  • Have fun.
