About the Role
You will be the engine behind our brand visibility and data-driven growth. As our Marketing Assistant, you will bridge the gap between creative content and analytical reporting. You'll ensure our client communities are supported with high-quality media, our LinkedIn presence is thriving, and our marketing results are achieved.
Type: Part-Time, Remote
Estimated Load: 5–15 hours/week
Reports To: Founder
Key Responsibilities
You'll perform the following tasks based on our best practices, and creatively and thoughtfully find new ways to do better where possible.
1. Outbound Lead Generation
- Targeted Outreach: Identify and invite new social contacts and connections using predefined methods.
- Proactive Engagement: Manage daily social engagements.
- Direct Connections: Send personalized connection and outreach requests on social media.
2. Inbound Pre-Sales
- Prospect Management: Know the details of every prospect, be clear about the next action that will be taken with and for each prospect, and do it or ensure it is done at the right time.
- Inquiry Triage: Ensure a rapid response to all inquiries and appointments. Respond or escalate as needed.
- Social Proof Management: Snip client testimonial videos and manage the library.
3. Asset Production & Development
- Webpage Management: Build and troubleshoot WordPress/Elementor pages.
- Showcase Curation: Create and update Vimeo showcases, ensuring all videos are properly named with custom thumbnails.
- Media Storage: Record and manage video storage to ensure accessibility and organization.
- Procedural Development: Work to establish new rules and SOPs for handling new types of issues as they arise.
4. Management Metrics Capture
- Sales Reporting: Calculate sales and revenue per source, maintain seasonality reports, and track client lifetime value and purchase trends.
- Performance Tracking: Capture marketing results and update client lists.
- Timekeeping: Ensure all tasks are logged in Asana and hours are tracked accurately.
5. Client Service & Leadership
- Client Service: Monitor communications to ensure clients receive materials and help as needed.
- Relationship Management: Ensure every client has a 5-star experience and frequent, high-quality interactions.
You're a Fit If You
- Take initiative and are a natural "conversationalist" who can manage conversations and relationships with empathy and professionalism without sounding robotic.
- Have a zero-error, can-do mindset — reliably handle and cross-check data to ensure high-quality deliverables and results.
- Are comfortable working with software and tools in business systems.
- Are comfortable with basic math and spreadsheets.
- Are a goal setter who follows through to completion.
- Have fast, reliable internet consistently.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, flexible remote role (US time zones)
- Hours available 7:00 am – 10:00 pm across US time zones
- Competitive hourly or retainer-based compensation
- Able to meet once a week (On Saturday Mid-Day or evening US Time Zone)
