What we'll discuss on our call

In this meeting, we’ll:

  1. Review the job description in detail so we can understand the priorities of the role from the hiring team’s perspective.

  2. Identify key elements of your personal brand, resume and personal history that will enable you to represent yourself as an ideal candidate for the role.

  3. Identify targeted preparation you can perform that will enable you to communicate and enhance your qualification for the role.

  4. Identify clarifying questions you can be prepared to ask the interviewing team, to demonstrate yourself as an informed, engaged expert and desirable future team member.

  5. Address any issues or concerns you bring on the call.

How you can prepare for our call

After sending us your job description and resume, and scheduling our call:

  1. List the bulleted requirements, Required Skills, and Desired Skills from the job description, one per row, in the left column of a table.

  2. In the right column, write a sentence or two about your results, experience, or training that demonstrates your experience and expertise with the requirement. For cases where you don’t have experience, write a sentence or two about how you can capture experience or knowledge of the requirement.
