I created the Career Acceleration Roadmap to enable others to avoid the years of dissatisfaction and frustration I had to work so hard to overcome.

I've worked as a recruiter, hiring manager, and team leader in Silicon Valley and worldwide. I have more than 30 years of experience in business management and leadership, as well as psychology and business degrees from top universities.
