About the Role
As a Contract Coach, you’ll help deliver transformational experiences to clients in our career acceleration and leadership programs. You’ll bring structure, warmth, and accountability to help clients follow through and achieve their goals. If you’re an experienced coach, facilitator, or trainer, this is a high-impact opportunity.
Type: Part-Time, Contract
Estimated Load: As needed — 1:1s, group calls, or content support
Reports To: Founder
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or co-facilitate live group coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)
- Conduct 1:1 client calls (as overflow or backup to founder)
- Review client assessments and provide feedback using coaching frameworks
- Track progress, notes, and insights in the CRM or shared docs
- Help identify client bottlenecks and flag them to the founder
- Optionally help document or refine curriculum, worksheets, or delivery systems
You’re a Fit If You
- Have 3+ years coaching, teaching, or facilitating growth-oriented experiences
- Understand how to hold space, offer accountability, and encourage forward motion
- Align with a structured, strategy-first, purpose-centered coaching model
- Are highly reliable and responsive to client needs and scheduling requests
- Want to grow with a mission-driven, transformation-focused brand
Bonus Experience
- Familiarity with Keap, Confluence, or Asana
- Prior experience in career coaching, executive coaching, or agile leadership
- Comfortable on Zoom, Google Docs, and shared calendar platforms

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, flexible remote role (US time zones)
- Hours available 7:00 am – 10:00 pm across US time zones
- Compensation based on experience and engagement type (group vs. 1:1 sessions)
- Paid per session, project, or hourly—negotiable based on scope
- Bonus opportunities for exceptional client outcomes or curriculum contributions
