“What I was really looking for was some direction, and the Teams program, and what you offer, and the lectures, and the materials, and the questions, all the exercises… They did do exactly that. Because in my mind, I’m thinking that I’m trying to regain a vision or the vision that I had. But it’s synonymous with purpose. And you present purpose as that foundation. And I totally agree with that.”
“I would say someone who thinks they are unsuccessful currently and wants to know why, which also implies they want to be successful at what they’re currently doing.
And then it helps me imply the second group, which is those people who seem to be successful where they are right now in life and who society for sure says, ‘Hey, you’re great. You’re successful. You’re doing great.’ But they feel unfulfilled in some way. They might think or feel that, “Yeah, everything’s going great, but this is still not satisfying. This is still not doing it for me. And I want to chart a new course, whether that’s a different role in the company or whether that’s a completely different life, a completely different profession, a completely different pivot.”
I think those people would also very, very much benefit from working with Dylan. And those were only the main two categories.”
“Anyone would benefit from a Career Acceleration course with Dylan, particularly those who want to unlock their abilities to make their teams perform at the highest level possible and learn something cool and new along the way.
I also think people who feel stuck or don’t know where to go next.
The kind of people who would most benefit from Dylan’s Career Acceleration program would be someone who’s stuck in their career and doesn’t know what to do next or is looking for a new way to bring their team together, to make some great things happen.
People of any degree or background in their career would immensely benefit from this course because it helps refresh you about what you can do to improve your relationships, to make better outcomes for everyone.
It provides you with fresher and new insights as to what you can do to better yourself, so you can better other people to make great things happen in the workplace.”
