I'm Dylan Cornelius. Over the past 20+ years I've led enterprise programs at Charles Schwab, LPL Financial, PNC, Dun & Bradstreet, and Oracle — coordinating work across dozens of teams, delivering technology that touches millions of people, and most recently leading the recovery of a federal program that delivers $2.5 billion in funding and feeds over a billion meals to Texans annually.
I also spent a long stretch of that career doing exactly what many of my clients describe: director-level work at a senior-level salary, watching peers get promoted, and wondering why doing everything "right" wasn't adding up. I know this problem from the inside.
